Child Protection Catechesis

The Children and Adolescents Protection Program is presented by the Guidance Counselors, Mrs. Perun and Sister Patricia Luss, using an age-appropriate curriculum provided by the Diocese. You can read the catechesis principles, the educational goals and philosophy, as well as the teaching objectives, for each grade. In Kindergarten, Grade 3 and Grade 6, the two-hour program consists of four one-half hour sessions or three 40 minute sessions. In Grades 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8 a review session is completed. We will begin some of the review sessions in January and we will start the full program for K, 3rd and 6th over the winter months. We anticipate completing the entire program for all the grades by late Spring.
