For more than twenty years, the STM Faculty Fund has been a way for our parish and school community to show gratitude for the teachers who give so much of themselves each day. Our faculty are the backbone of St. Thomas More School—forming students in Academics, Faith, Service, Leadership, and Character with tireless dedication. While their salaries fall far below those of local public schools, your generosity bridges the gap, providing a year-end gift that affirms their vocation and reminds them how deeply they are valued and supported by our faith community.

"I started working at STM when my children were students here. We wanted our Catholic faith to be a part of their education. The family environment was also a strong factor that drew us to STM for our children and for me as a place to work. Growing up, my family as well as my husband’s family always volunteered their time to the church. Working here at STM is one way that I can give to my parish."

"I am a proud alum of St. Thomas More from the class of 2009. I have many fond memories of my time here, especially in the art room. After teaching for 2 years in public schools the job opened up for St. Thomas More and I jumped on it as soon as possible. I always knew that I wanted to return to my roots and come back to the place and art room that provided me with so much joy as a child. I also get to teach alongside my mom, who is a 3rd grade teacher. I love that I have the ability to integrate Catholic Education into the art room and that our students show up to class ready to be kind and respectful. I'm thrilled to be a staff member here and to send my daughter and future kids to STM to be raised in this environment."
