DAILY SCHEDULE
Students should join their homeroom teacher’s Zoom by 8:15am to join in for prayers,
announcements and the pledge of allegiance. Please review the new class schedule.

DELAYS & CLOSINGS
The decision to delay the opening of school because of inclement weather is dependent upon
busing from each of the school districts. Parents should follow the time of their respective districts.

EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO
Parents must provide the school with emergency phone numbers where they can be reached
during the school day. Each September, the students receive a card to update emergency numbers.

EXTENDED CARE
Our Extended Care Program is available to meet you and your child's needs before and after school.
Open to all students, Preschool (ages 3, 4 & 5), Kindergarten through 8th Grade.

FAQs - PARENT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Throughout the school year, as we receive questions from parents, St. Thomas More will
provide answers and valuable information on this living document that will be updated often.

FOOD ALLERGY PROTOCOL
Parents must notify STM School that their child has a food allergy.
Any medication, including Eps-Pens, must be provided to the school adhering to the medication policy.

FORMS
During the school year, parents will be required to complete a variety of forms needed for information
pertaining to their student. Our form resource page contains our most commonly used forms to download.

SAPPHIRE PORTAL
Sapphire Software is an internet based, administrative tool that provides information
from school and allows parents real-time access to student progress.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES
Please use the STM School Supply list as a reference for all items needed for the start of school.
Lists are separated by grade.

STM HELP DESK
For a technical question or issue with any school owned hardware/software,
please submit a ticket to the STM Help Desk for for assistance and answers.

STM MORE BREAD
STM More bread is a fundraiser that reduces your school tuition. Purchase gift cards to use at stores
where you already shop. Earn rebates that can be applied to your family's account for the next school year.

STUDENT HANDBOOK
Our St. Thomas More School Student Handbook contains all
pertinent information relating to procedures, guidelines, policies and more.

VISITORS
To maintain security, it is essential that upon entering either school building, all visitors, parents,
and volunteers must report to the Main Office to sign in and receive an I.D. badge.

VOLUNTEERING
A vital contribution to limiting the cost of education at STM is the Volunteer Program. This program
makes each parent an integral part of the operation of the school and provides services to the children.

UNIFORM POLICY
All STM uniform items must be purchased through the Flynn O'Hara uniform company
or the used uniform sale at St. Thomas More School.
